| Description | |||
There are two different types of panels on this project. The first are Kynar coated aluminum faced panels with a particle board core. These are used on many of the beam covers, entrance door enclosures, and door hatches for the LRS smoke shutter equipment, including the LRS fascia below. The second panel type of Lamcel panel is a #4 finish stainless steel with a particle board core. These panels are used as the free-standing blind wall at the arrivals area.
The geometric nature of the door enclosures made the panels very complex, as they are 1-piece vertically, creating the sides as well as the door jamb.
The flatness of Lamcel panels is best appreciated when observing the free-standing stainless steel wall at the arrivals area. |
